Made some additions and tweaks to the main timeline yesterday:

- Added link to Mar 2008 article covering Richard Novia’s firing from NHS
- Added entry for purchase of after-market part for the Saiga shotgun, and sling
- Added 2009 release date for student film Bullet Time
- Corrected times for 12/13/2014 GPS data per this post
- Removed some unremarkable “Combat Arms” forum activity and other miscellaneous forum postings, with aim to simplify forum activity references now that there are hundreds of posts to draw from.
